Group Apprenticeship

A2 apprentices experience group training through workshops that “walk them through” leadership awareness in multiple contexts. We traverse issues like funding loss, personal attacks, political and policy shifts, moral dilemmas, crisis preparation, channeling defiance resolve, etc. Leaders are trained to change.

One-to-One Mentoring

During sharply transitional periods, one-to-one mentoring enables leaders to drive impact in circumstances that oppose their natural proclivities. Everyone needs help. A2 incorporates one-to-one mentorship to foster network-building skills that keep leaders from falling. Leaders are guided in change.
